Roasting the Pork: (The Pork Belly was pre-steamed to well done. Don’t worry that the pork won’t be cooked throught)
Pre heat the oven at 220C degrees fan forced for about 10min
Remove the pork belly from the vacuumed plastic bag and place it into the baking tray provided keeping the foil underneath the pork belly.
Spread cooking oil over the skin of the pork and dust cooking salt over it. (Making sure the oil and salt are all over the top of the pork and have enough coverage.)
Place it into the oven for about 25min then turn it side ways and cook for another 25min or until very golden and crispy skin.
Please note that temperature and time may vary from oven to oven.When crispy enough, the pork is ready to be served. Be aware of excess oil in the baking tray as it will be very hot.
Carrot pure
Heat up water in a medium size, big enough to place the whole bag of pure inside of the pot.
Do not remove pure from the plastic bag.
Once the water is boiling add the carrot pure into the pot and heat it up for about 10min.
Once it is heated, please allow a few minutes to cool down before opening the plastic bag as the steam inside could be very hot.
Garden salad
Place the salad in a desire container and plate it as you like.
Add the dressing and seasoning to your taste.
